Cited in a Policy Brief by The Heritage Foundation

Education Rural America

For those who know me, you probably knew I interned at The Heritage Foundation back in 2017. I had no idea what I was doing, and at the time I still wanted to work in business.

Fast forward several years later, I have been able to do a lot of work in conservative and center-right politics. I even was cited in the Republican Study Committee’s budget proposal to Congress. Just recently, I was cited in a report for The Heritage Foundation about school choice in rural Texas (and America).

My interview was with an Arizona microschool in a rural part of the state.

One way I have enjoyed getting the word out about microschools/innovative education environments has been by interviewing them.

Fall 2017 Heritage intern Frances would probably be ecstatic about being cited in a Heritage policy brief.
